UPLUS电池采用铅钙板栅、内部化成、AGM启停电池等技术，生产过程中产生的废弃物更少，有助于节能减排。对于含铅和硫酸的废水，水处理设施将中和废水并去除铅含量，从而达到环保标准。在UPLUS，所有净化水均收集并重新用于生产过程，从而实现“零排放”。UPLUS生产设施不产生任何工业废水。这也是UPLUS获得ISO14001:2004环境管理认证的原因。

UPLUS 也非常重视现场员工的工作，并通过了 OHSAS18001。为相关员工提供口罩、眼镜等安全设备，以保护他们免受铅尘和酸的伤害。通风系统、吸尘除尘系统、酸雾和铅烟净化机和新风管道将空气中的污染物降至Zui低。

By adopting advanced technologies such as Pb-Ca grid, internal formation, AGM start-stop batteries etc, UPLUS batteries generate less waste during production and contributes to energy saving and pollution reduction. Regarding the waste water containing lead and sulfuric acid, the water treatment facilities will neutralize the waste water and remove the lead content, thus meeting environmental standards. In UPLUS, all purified water is collected and reused in production process, thus achieving “zero discharge”. No industrial waste water is generated from UPLUS production facilities. This is also the reason why UPLUS obtained ISO14001:2004 certification for environmental management.

UPLUS also paid great attention to our employees working at site and passed OHSAS18001. Safety appliances such as mask, glass are distributed to related employees to protect them from lead dust and acid harm. Ventilation systems, dust absorbing and removing systems, acidic mist and lead fumes purify machines and fresh air pipelines minimize the pollutants in the air.
